Join us for a fun, free week of workouts with great coaching, good energy, and a supportive community that will make you feel right at home.

BRING A FRIEND WEEK DETAILS

Bring a Friend week is open to any non-member of GPHF.

Participants should complete the waiver and liability form, which will be emailed to you before the event.

Classes are 60 minutes long.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior.

Wear clothes and shoes for physical activity. Bring a water bottle and a can-do attitude!

We will help guide you in how to scale the workout to your personal ability. No need to feel like you have to be a certain level of fitness to join, or like you have to compete with anyone else in class!

CLASS DETAILS

-The coach will introduce themselves, one another, and lead the warm-up.

-Skills for the workout will be reviewed at the board, and each movement will be taught to the class

-The workout will start once everyone is comfortable and knows what to do

-Enjoy working out beside fellow class-mates (but remember, no one cares what you're doing, they only care that you're there!)

-Exchange high-fives.

-Finish with a cool-down and stretch session.

-Leave feeling great!
